Eric de Mori has more than 15 years of experience in ASX small cap investment and corporate finance, specialising in natural resources, biotechnology and technology. He also has specialist skills in mergers and acquisitions, valuations, capital raising, Initial Public Offerings, backdoor listings, project screening, due diligence investigations, and early stage project management.
Mr de Mori also held directorships with several ASX-listed companies including Incitive (now Hawkley Oil and Gas), Coventry Resources and Alcyone Resources. He is a director of Lancaster Resources and Cobra Resources, which are both unlisted, and was a director of Cove Resources prior to its listing on the ASX.
