Emma van der Linden
Emma van der Linden holds qualifications in planning and urban design, and has experience as a statutory and strategic planner in the public sector where she developed a thorough understanding of both the technical assessment and community sensitivities towards development.
For over 18 months Ms van der Linden led a range of projects in the Perth studio of Hatch RobertsDay, from complex infill sites to the development of new communities – notably Ellenbrook, Australia’s most awarded master-planned community and the approved Folio195 which achieved the highest awarded plot ratio bonus within the City of Perth.
Ms van der Linden sits on the Planning Institute of Australia’s Women in Planning Committee, where she is a strong advocate for raising the profile of women in the built environment industry.
