Emma Thunder was appointed as deputy executive director of the Property Council of Australia's WA division in June 2018. Ms Thunder is a qualified planner with experience in advocacy, policy development and stakeholder engagement. Ms Thunder has previously worked in the department of planning and served in two one-year stints as policy adviser for former planning ministers John Day and Dona Faragher. Ms Thunder has also acted as an independent adviser to the WA Department of Planning's director general.

    Perth office vacancies continue to fall

    The worst may be over for Perth’s office market, with the latest statistics pointing to another fall in vacancies, dropping slightly from 19.8 per cent to 19.4 per cent in the six months to July, according to the Property Council of Australia’s mid-year office market report released today.
