Emma Spear joined Rural Funds Management in 2008 and is the national manager of operations where she has oversight of its farming operations, as well as providing business management and operational support to each of the national managers of horticulture, livestock, cotton and macadamias. She is also the company secretary and oversees the team responsible for corporate actions, compliance, governance and risk functions for RFM and its related entities.
Ms Spear holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Queensland, and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the Australian National University.
She is admitted as a legal practitioner of the Supreme Court of the ACT, is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, and a member of CPA Australia.
