Emma Chinnery practices in the areas of asset protection and legal structuring, commercial transactions, trusts and succession planning (both personal and business). She has experience in drafting and negotiating a range of commercial arrangements for clients including corporate and government organisations, not-for-profit sector, Indigenous trusts and corporations.
Ms Chinnery has been closely involved in the establishment, operation and governance of corporate and trust structures for traditional owner groups, claim groups, prescribed bodies corporate and other Indigenous organisations throughout Western Australia, particularly in the Kimberley and Pilbara regions. She also has a focus on comprehensive succession planning services for high networth private clients, including their families and businesses.
Ms Chinnery has existing relationships with a number of not-for-profit organisations and local government bodies and provides regular and ongoing commercial and structural advice to them.
