Emily Clarke is a lawyer at Herbert Smith Freehills. She joined the company in 2005, commenced as a graduate in 2010 and was promoted to senior associate in 2015 and the Australian head of disputes for its Alternative Legal Services practice in March 2020.
Ms Clarke is admitted to practice in the Victorian Supreme Court, the Federal Court of Australia and the High Court of Australia.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), a Bachelor of Behavioural Science, and a Masters in Professional Accounting (with High Distinction).
