Elmar Toime

Elmar Toime is an independent advisor to the postal sector in London and non-executive director of Qatar Postal Services.

He is chair of Postea Group, and was on the supervisory board of Deutsche Post DHL until May 2006.

Mr Toime was also chief executive of NZ Post from 1993 to 2003, and executive deputy chair of the Royal Mail Group from 2003 to 2004.
