An emerging property development model could help refresh more dilapidated apartment buildings around Perth.
Dr Elena Limnios is a registered Civil Engineer with Engineers Australia, holds an MBA, a Masters in Engineering, and a PhD in organisational resilience from the University of Western Australia where she served over a decade as a research scholar and Assistant Professor in the engineering and subsequently business faculties.
Dr Limnios is a co-founder of Limnios Projects, a specialist project management and development management advisory that is part of the Limnios Property Group.
She is also an experienced independent board director and chair, proficient in governance and strategy and a national expert in cooperative and mutual business. She has served on a number of boards and committees, lectured at UWA and through the Australian Institute of Management and written about Marketing, Small Business, Entrepreneurship, Co-operative Strategy, Governance and Financing in journals and books.
