Edward Chung has experience across corporate law, audit, senior finance and commercial roles within the public and private sectors.
Mr Chung has been with TechnologyOne since November 2007, initially as an operating officer of corporate services before becoming chief operating officer in February 2016, chief executive in April 2017 and managing director in August 2023. Prior to TechnologyOne, Mr Chung was chief financial officer of Queensland Rail where he led a finance team of approximately 300 staff and was responsible for the areas of accounting, tax and treasury functions, strategy, merger and acquisition activities.
Mr Chung is a Fellow of the Tax Institute of Australia, and an associate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
