Eduard Eshuys is a geologist with over 40 years of mineral exploration, development and operation of gold and nickel mines in Australia.
His successes as Joseph Gutnick‟s exploration director are well known. In the late 1980s and early 1990s, he led the teams that discovered the Plutonic, Bronzewing and Jundee gold deposits, and the Cawse nickel prospect. He also had involvement in the Maggie Hays and Mariners nickel discoveries in the 1970s.
Mr Eshuys was awarded the Geological Society of Australia’s Joe Harms medal for distinction in exploration success and project development in 1996.
He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
