Ed Meka has more than 29 years of experience within the global mining and minerals processing industry and is one of Ausenco's longest-serving executives, having worked for the company’s operations in Australia, Asia and the Americas. Mr Meka is responsible for developing key client relationships and leading the pursuit of strategic opportunities and major projects and the Ausenco Duro Felguera (DF) Strategic Alliance. Prior to this, he was accountable for all of Ausenco’s Americas operation, realising approximately 60% of the company’s revenue base through the delivery of consulting, engineering and project services across the resources and energy sectors. From a projects perspective, Mr Meka has held a variety of progressive roles from initial design through construction management and project management through to operations management in resource company operations as well as engineering. He has considerable global experience and in mineral processing, specifically gold, copper, lead, zinc and coal.
