$63m payment to Noongar Boodja Trust
The state government has made its second payment, out of 12 instalments of $63 million, to the Noongar Boodja Trust.
Ed Armstrong has over 20 years of experience as a senior manager, chief executive, chief operating officer, corporate services director, and planning director within the private and public sectors.
He has been involved in strategic planning, business development, marketing, performance improvement, financial and human resource management, risk management, corporate governance, project and change management.
Mr Armstrong has been chief executive of South West Aboriginal Land & Sea Council from May 2021 until his appointment as chief executive of the Banjima Native Title Aboriginal Corporation in April 2023.
He holds a Master of Business Administration, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
