Doug Huey was a partner and a leader in McKinsey & Co’s strategy & corporate finance practice in Perth. Originally from the US, Mr Huey moved to Australia in 2013 and grew McKinsey’s newly opened Perth office. He returned to the US having been appointed chief executive and executive director of PYC Therapeutics in February 2020, where he will be establishing an office in Boston with the objectives of expanding PYC’s global reach; building its clinical capabilities; and being closer to its US-based investors, partners and regulators.
Mr Huey led global multi-disciplinary teams and has a diverse range of capabilities across strategy, corporate finance, business transformations, and operations. He holds an MBA (with distinction) from the Kellogg School of Management.
