Doug Halley is an experienced company director, having served on a number of Australian public company boards including as chair of DUET Group, which was a member of the ASX100 prior to it being taken over at an attractive share price premium in 2017. He has also served for 30 years as chief financial officer or chief executive of several significant and successful (mostly public-listed) commercial enterprises and investment banks. Mr Halley is skilled in corporate strategy, business development, M&A, mentoring, negotiation, treasury, financial management, capital raising and business leadership with broad experience in small and large enterprises in a variety of business sectors in Australia and internationally. He has worked in Australia, UK and the Netherlands and also spent considerable time in, and held responsibility for operations in, New Zealand, Japan, China, Hong Kong and some developing Asian countries. Mr Halley holds formal qualifications in business administration and accounting, and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
