Doug Bell has over 14 years of experience in audit and corporate advisory services at both Big 4 and mid-tier accounting firms.
With a wide range of industry expertise, Mr Bell has provided audit and advisory services to a large variety of ASX-listed, privately owned companies and associations ranging from large multinational, multi-billion dollar corporations to small privately held entities, and not-for-profit organisations. Mr Bell has led engagements for Australia’s largest home building company as well as the world’s largest gold miner.
He developed an extensive knowledge in Australian Equivalents to International Accounting Standards (AASB’s), the Corporations Act 2001, and ASX Listing Rules.
Mr Bell is responsible for auditing over 20 ASX-listed companies and has also assisted clients with Initial Public Offerings on the ASX, as well as the AIM in UK and TSX in Canada.
