As director of community engagement and employee services at Catholic Education Western Australia (CEWA), Donna O'Hara is responsible for the management of human resources, payroll and community relations. She is also the primary driver behind the establishment of a formal community engagement strategy. Prior to joining CEWA, Ms O'Hara was executive manager of corporate services with Workpower and was responsible for human resources, safety, risk management, assets and finance, training and development. She was also manager of community engagement for Leadership WA which involved connecting with community organisations. Ms O'Hara has educational qualifications in nursing and management, and extensive experience in Catholic healthcare organisations within WA.
