Don Romaniuk

Mr Romaniuk has held a number of executive positions in enterprises over a business career spanning nearly 30 years. Mr Romaniuk has Board and Audit Committee experience with companies and continues to serve as Chairman of the Board and Audit Committee of Acceleware Corp. He has focus on development of technology for stem cell research and related medical and commercial applications. Mr Romaniuk started serving part-time Commissioner of the Alberta Utilities Commission pursuant to an Orderin-Council of the Government of Alberta 3 October 2012. Mr Romaniuk is a member of the Risk Management Committee.
