Don Phillips has more than 40 years of consultancy experience covering leadership, structural design, management and business improvement in the public, commercial, educational, health, manufacturing and retail sectors. He has worked in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Bangkok, Middle East and South Africa. Key areas of technical excellence include architectural structures, lightweight steel, timber structures, architectural facades, and large commercial/institutional projects. Mr Phillips also has leadership experience in office management, global structures leadership, business improvement, business development and project management.
