Diane Barr has held a number of strategic and operational roles in WA Health within the public and private sectors.
Prior to becoming the executive director of Armadale and Kalamunda Group in late 2022, Ms Barr had a short stint as acting executive director for women and newborn health service at the North Metropolitan Health Service of WA. Prior to that, she was the executive director of Armadale Kalamunda Group and director of clinical services at Peel Health Campus. Ms Barr also held a number of leadership roles in the South Metropolitan Health Service including as group general manager of safety quality and risk, group general manager of strategy and planning, and director of nursing and midwifery at Rockingham General Hospital.
She is a Fellow with the Australasian College of Health Service Management, and a surveyor with the Australian Council on Health Care Standards.
