Derrice Dillon
Derrice Dillon has a wide range of hands-on commercial financial and accounting experience including within the insurance industry, having worked in her early career with Bland Payne and Sedgwicks.
Ms Dillon was an executive director and joint company secretary of Mermaid Marine Australia and was extensively involved in its ASX listing. She then joined Alliance Finance as a shareholder, director & financial controller, and took the lead role in their ASX listing.
Ms Dillon had been with Gibbscorp since its inception in 2006, as a shareholder and financial controller where she oversaw all financial matters, office procedures and IT Solutions. Gibbscorp was acquired by SRG Group in June 2021 and Ms Dillon became its head of finance and operations.
