Derek Barlow

Derek Barlow was appointed director of CBRE’s metropolitan investments WA team in 2022, where he specialises in the sale of inner city offices, strategic development sites, and specialised healthcare and social infrastructure.
Mr Barlow has over two decades experience in the commercial real estate industry, including lead roles in development, acquisitions, capital raising and commercial agency. He first joined CBRE in 2005. After leaving CBRE to head Bunnings Property WA/SA in 2009, Mr Barlow returned in 2018 as an associate director.
