Mr Shelley has a industry background in FMCG, direct selling, intimate apparel and manufacturing operations. Mr Shelley has experience in managing and building a broad range of consumer brands spanning pharmaceuticals, health and beauty, personal-care, intimate apparel and household products. Positions held include various brand management and marketing director roles such as Group Marketing Director Reckitt & Colman South Africa, CEO Sara Lee South Africa, CEO Sara Lee Household & Body Care Australia and President of Nutrimetics Australia.
