Deborah Roberts
Chief Operating Officer, Co-Chief Executive since 2022 / 360 Health + Community
Deborah Roberts is a clinical psychologist with over 32 years of experience, both as a clinician and manager. She has worked in the disability and mental health sectors within Australia and the UK.
Ms Roberts joined 360 Health + Community in June 2019 as an executive manager of individualised services before becoming chief operating officer in October 2020 and co-chief executive in July 2022. Prior to that, she was the director of mental health team at the NDIA National Office where she spent 3½ years, and as a director in the WA NDIA Perth Hills trial site and at the WA Mental Health Commission.
