Deb Patterson

Deb Patterson has more than 20 years of experience in the West Australian aged care and disability sector. Throughout her career, she has worked with a number of large aged care and community services providers in Western Australia and has a wealth of hands-on experience, passion for caring for people, and interest in ageing and mental health. Ms Patterson holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree from Edith Cowan University and has completed training in caring for people living with Alzheimer’s, cultural diversity, communication and counselling. Providing strategic direction for At Home Services and Disability Services, she manages, leads and develops these service streams to support Baptistcare customers.
