Dean Mudford
Chief Executive Officer / DevelopmentWA
Dean Mudford has been the chief operations officer of DevelopmentWA since 2015 when it was then known as LandCorp. He became acting chief executive in October 2022.
Prior to that, Mr Mudford was the development director at Mirvac, vice president WA at Property Council of Australia, manager at Stockland, and senior development manager at Caversham Property.
He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Quantity Surveying, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Property from Curtin University.
