Dean Franks

Dean Franks has been a passionate advocate and participant in the Australian franchise sector for over 20 years. A second generation franchisor, he has headed up three national and international franchise brands, all of which were established in Western Australia. Mr Franks is an Accredited Franchise Executive and holds a Bachelor of Business (Management), a Diploma in Franchising and the Franchise Management Qualification. He is also an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and a Member of the Institute of Company Directors. Mr Franks is a committee member of the WA Chapter of the Franchise Council of Australia which includes political lobbying and representation on behalf of the FCA. He is also a board member of Bendigo Bank North Perth, one of WA's highest performing Community Bank franchisees. In 2011, Mr Franks received the prestigious Paddy Thompson Award in recognition of his contribution to the WA franchising sector.
