DeAnn Craig

Dr Craig was appointed as a Director of the Company on 11 July 2011. She is a registered professional engineer in the state of Colorado. In the previous five years she has served as Senior Vice President, Asset Assessment CNX Gas Corporation, served as an Adjunct Professor in the Petroleum Engineering Department at the Colorado School of Mines and was appointed by the Governor of Colorado to serve on the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission. Currently she is consulting to the oil and gas industry. Dr Craig was appointed a non-executive Director of Atlas Resources Partners, L.P. in March 2012 and continues to serve in that position to the date of this report.
