David Williams is an experienced director and investment banker with a proven track record in business development and strategy, as well as in corporate initiatives specialising in mergers and acquisitions and capital raising. He possesses 30 years of experience working with, and advising, ASX-listed companies in the food, medical device and pharmaceutical sectors.
Mr Williams is managing director of corporate advisory firm Kidder Williams. He was the managing director of Challenger Corporate Finance, head of mergers & acquisitions of Melbourne at Société Générale Hambros, head of mergers & acquisitions at ANZ McCaughan, and Australian head of mergers & acquisitions at Arthur Andersen & Co.
Mr Williams has been chair of Tassal Group, Austin Group, and ASX-listed Medical Developments International. He has also held directorships with Amcal and Select Harvests.
