David Sanders

David Sanders is a principal of the West Australian based corporate and commercial legal firm Bennett & Co, and is a lawyer with over 20 years' experience in corporate and resources law. He advises numerous ASX listed companies, including those in the resources sector, on capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules compliance and corporate governance, as well as commercial transactions across a range of industries and jurisdictions.

In addition to his legal qualifications, Mr Sanders holds a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investments from the Securities Institute of Australia.
