David Palumbo

Quest Minerals has appointed David Palumbo joint company secretary.

Quest Minerals has announced the appointments of Steve Formica as non-executive chair and David Palumbo as non-executive director. Paul Piercy will step down as director and chair, and Dennis Gee has resigned as director. 

Creso Pharma has appointed David Russell as chief operating officer.

Wayne Reid has resigned as non-executive deputy chair, and Tim Slate has resigned as non-executive director and company secretary of Premiere Eastern Energy.

Cadell Buss has been appointed independent non-executive director of Atlas Pearls. He is the chief executive of DJ Carmichael in Perth and has extensive experience in corporate branding and marketing, new business development, as well as strategic mergers and financial acuity.

Family Zone Cyber Safety has appointed Sir Peter Westmacott GCMG LVO as a non-executive director. Sir  Peter is a distinguished senior British diplomat who has been a British Ambassador to Turkey, France and the US.
