David Menzel
Director, Chair since 2010 / Ord Irrigation Co-operative
David Menzel is a farmer and local councillor in the Ord River region. He farms approximately 460 hectares of land in partnership with his wife, Karen.
He has been a shire councillor and president of the Shire of Wyndham-East Kimberley since 2017. Mr Menzel has also been a director of the Ord Irrigation Co-operative since 2004 and chair since 2010, and a director of the Ord River District Co-operative since 2014 and chair of the Independent Review Group for Ord Stage 2 since 2015, where he reports to the Federal Minister for the Environment and Energy.
