David Mcmullen’s practice spans property and commercial law with a focus on the retirement village, health and aged care industries. He worked with clients in private practice and was also in-house counsel at one of Australia’s largest private hospital operators. He was general counsel for a leading provider of high quality retirement villages and one of Australia’s largest providers of quality in-home care and aged care services.
Mr McMullen has also advised local governments and developer clients on issues arising under the Planning and Development Act (WA) and also has broad property law, commercial and corporate governance experience.
He has been a company secretary of a large corporate group and is on the board of a not-for-profit entity.
Mr McMullen holds an LLB (Hons) and BA (Communication Studies) from the University of Western Australia, along with post-graduate qualifications from the Australian National University and the Governance Institute of Australia.
