David Marchant has over 30 years of experience in business and professional services. He has been chief executive, chief finanical officer and chief operating officer of a range of organisations and industries; and has consulted to the government, private and not-for-profit sectors.
Mr Marchant has also performed executive and non-executive director roles in ASX-listed and other entities; and has experience in turnarounds, restructuring, and the sale/purchase of businesses.
Since February 2006 he has been the managing director of Inform Economics, an economic and financial consultancy operating widely across government. He was previously the turnaround chief financial officer of Strathfield Group prior to its IPO on the ASX, and chief executive of UCMS (now Startek) and Pocketmail where he led the business from startup through ASX listing.
