David Kinsman

David Kinsman is an experienced executive with a track record of delivering and implementing value-adding transactions and solutions across multiple industries. He was chief financial officer and company secretary of several ASX-listed companies including Southern Cross Goldfields and Polymetals Mining. Prior to that, he was chief financial officer and chief executive of Innamincka Petroleum. Mr Kinsman holds Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Economics degrees from Queensland University, and is also a Member (ACA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Australia.
