David Griffiths has over 30 years management and strategic communications experience developing from an initial focus on human resources and employee relations to broader, groupwide strategic roles.

Mr Griffiths was with WMC Resources and held the roles of group manager for employee relations, and general manager of corporate affairs and community relations.
