David Grayce

David Grayce is the non-executive director of Energy Developments (ENE), director of the Hoyts Group, and managing director of Pacific Equity Partners (PEP).

Mr Grayce also worked for Bain Capital in the United States, where he evaluated and executed leveraged buyout transactions.
