David Grant

David Grant is an experienced public company director with a broad financial and commercial resume. Based in Sydney, Mr Grant is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of accounting and finance related experience spanning both the accounting profession and the commercial sector.

Since 2013, Mr Grant has been a non-executive director and board member of Event Hospitality and Entertainment (EVENT), formerly known as Amalgamated Holdings. He was formerly a non-executive director of iiNet prior to its takeover by TPG in 2015, and a non-executive director of Consolidated Rutile.

His executive career included roles with Goodman Fielder and Iluka Resources, as well as co-founding a privately-held resource exploration venture in New Zealand.
