Prior to becoming chief executive of Linneys in January 2005, David Fardon spent over 15 years with Argyle Diamonds including over 12 years as sales & marketing manager and over 3 years as corporate affairs manager. He was also an executive officer at the Chamber of Mines of Western Australia for 8 years after being a secondary school teacher.
