David Evans is the founder, executive chair and managing partner of investment advisory company Evans and Partners.

Since 1990, he has worked in a variety of roles within JB Were & Son, and then the merged entity Goldman Sachs JBWere. He ran Goldman Sachs JBWere’s private wealth business and the institutional equities business. He was also its managing director and chief of staff.

Mr Evans has been a board member of Export Finance and Insurance Corporation, and chair of Essendon Football Club.
