David Edwards

David Edwards is a chartered accountant with over 30 years of international experience in debt and equity financing, financial management, corporate strategy, construction and mining operations.

Mr Edwards was interim chief executive & chief financial officer of Triton Minerals, general manager of finance at Clough, and the group financial controller for Fortescue Metals Group where he played a key role in supporting the company through a period of significant growth including refinancing existing debt facilities and financing the US$10bn project development to 155mtpa. Mr Edwards has also held a corporate advisory role with Deloitte Australia.
