David E Usasz

Mr Usasz has over 40 years' experience in business in Australia and Hong Kong, including over 20 years as a partner of Pricewaterhouse Coopers (and its predecessor organisations). He has been involved in tax, mergers and acquisition advice, and corporate advisory consultancy specialising in corporate reorganisations. He is currently Non-Executive Chairman of ASX-listed Smiles Inclusive Limited (ASX: SIL) and has previously held the position of Chairman of ASX-listed entities Cromwell Property Group, Queensland Mining Corporation Limited, GARDA Diversified Property Fund and GARDA Capital Group. David was also a Non-Executive Director of Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC). He will also be Chairman of the Risk Committee of the Company (MPW).
