David Craig

David Craig was chief financial officer of Commonwealth Bank of Australia from 2006 to 2017.

He is a business leader with a successful international career spanning over 35 years in finance, accounting, audit, risk management, strategy, mergers and acquisitions.

Mr Craig was chief financial officer of Australand, global transition finance leader of IBM Business Consulting Service, and global chief financial officer of PwC Consulting.

He holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Sydney, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Australia and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
