David Ballantyne

David Ballantyne has almost 20 years of experience in the management and administration of public companies in the resources, technology and agribusiness sectors on ASX in Australia and AIM in the UK. Prior to this, he worked in corporate services, audit and insolvency with Hall Chadwick, PwC and Grant Thornton in Australia and the UK. Mr Ballantyne worked for a former Big 4 accounting firm and second-tier accounting firms in the areas of audit, corporate services and insolvency. He has commercial experience in the exploration/mining, biotechnology and aquaculture sectors. He is a Chartered Accountant and has a MA (Hons) from University of Edinburgh.
