Darryl Kipping has over 15 years of experience as a commercial lawyer.
Mr Kipping has been a partner in Dentons' real estate team since October 2022. He advises in all areas of general commercial, contract and property law, representing a broad range of public and private sector clients. Mr Kipping also has experience in all aspects of property law and the different stages of a development’s life cycle, in strata titling and complex acquisition, sales, joint venture and leasing transactions.
Prior to Denton's, he was the principal and founder of Torrens Legal which he ran for over 13 years, and a partner of Summers Legal for almost 9 years.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from Murdoch University.
