Darren Zusman

Darren Zusman has over 10 years of experience in corporate disputes and commercial litigation from international, national and WA-based law firms. Mr Zusman has acted for high net wealth individuals and private companies in complex disputes involving arbitration, competition and consumer law, the Corporations Act, contract law, strata title law and maritime law. He also acted for a case where it was determined that the seller had contravened section 13 of the Sale of Land Act in failing to own land sold as off-the-plan apartments prior to selling. The decision resulted in an amendment to the legislation.
