Darren Bromley has over 25 years of experience in business management and the corporate sector. His experience includes financial modelling and analysis, capital raisings, business development, company administration and operation management.
He was appointed Triangle Energy (Global)'s chief operating officer in 2017 and executive director in July 2014, and has held the position of chief financial officer (April 2010) and company secretary (June 2012-November 2017) before departing in November 2019. Mr Bromley was integral in managing the divestment of Triangle's Indonesian interests and acquisition of the Cliff Head Oil Field in the Perth Basin, Australia. His executive capacity at Triangle includes operational management and corporate governance functions.
Mr Bromley was also chief financial officer at ASX-listed entities Prairie Downs Metals and QRSciences Holdings, as well as numerous company directorships and secretary positions.
He holds a Bachelor of Business in Finance, and a Master of e-business.
