LWP Property Group grew out of Japanese-owned Sanwa Property Group in the 1990s.
Danny Murphy AM has more than 25 years of experience in Australia's urban development industry.
Mr Murphy is the founder and managing director of LWP Property Group, and became executive chair in July 2019. Prior to founding LWP in 2000, he was managing director of Japanese-owned Sanwa Property Group and general manager of operations with Delfin.
In 2021, Mr Murphy was awarded a Member of the Order of Australia for significant service to urban development, and to the community.
