Daniel White has extensive legal experience within the oil and gas industry including local and international negotiation and documentation of corporate finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital raisings, energy-related transactions, joint venture, farmout and partnering arrangements, project development and dispute resolution. Mr White is admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Courts of Queensland and Western Australia, and is a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales (non-practising). Prior to his appointment at Central Petroleum, Mr White was the group general counsel of Kuwait Energy and also held senior legal and management positions in Australia and overseas for Clough, and was a commercial litigator with Perth boutique litigation law firm Arns & Associates.
