Daniel Paton has led numerous developments, subdivisions, planning approvals, projects, and complex land acquisitions. He has also delivered numerous infill subdivisions through an expert understanding of the surveying, planning, site servicing, and land titling processes.
As founding managing director of Developed Property, Mr Paton is managing a wide range of complex projects such as apartment development proposals, large-scale subdivisions in regional Western Australia, site investigations for industrial development, and advice to government on redevelopment of assets.
