Daniel Brand was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2003, and to the High Court of Australia in 2014.
He commenced his legal career in Perth with a leading plaintiff personal injury law firm for eight years which included assisting in the representation of members of the Australian Women’s Cycling team who had suffered severe injuries as the result of an accident. In 2011, Mr Brand moved to London where he spent three years working for an international law firm, practising in the areas of commercial litigation, dispute resolution and international arbitration. Returning to Perth in 2014, Mr Brand subsequently established his own practice Brand Barristers & Solicitors in April 2016.
Mr Brand was recognised as a leading lawyer in Perth by Doyles Guide 2023 in the areas of motor vehicle compensation, medical negligence, work injury compensation, and public liability.
